My Year With The A-Team: Season 3, Episode 18 – Road Games

When a semi-truck filled with traffic cones jackknifes outside B.A.’s community center one afternoon, the team organizes a street fair and track meet for the neighborhood kids. This angers some old guy, for whom the fair is in the way of his daily trip at 2:30 pm for the early bird dinner special. He rounds up some of the guys he knows from the sauna at the local gym, and they raise holy heck during the 50 yard dash. B.A. can’t bring himself to beat up a posse of senior citizens, even cranky ones, so instead he forces them to order food from the regular, full price menu as punishment.

My Year With The A-Team: Season 3, Episode 17 – Skins

Hannibal’s Irish pub, The Naked Lady, may be gone, but his appetizers have sent shockwaves through L.A.’s culinary scene, especially the crispy, cheesy Anti-Famine Potato Skins. Some aggressive restaurant owners take the colonel hostage, hoping to get the recipe, but all they get is a whole lotta payback, courtesy of the A-Team. By the way, Season 3 has a large number of food and restaurant related episodes because Stephen J. Cannell briefly hired “Weird” Al Yankovic as head writer.

My Year With The A-Team: Season 3, Episode 15 – The Big Squeeze

Oktoberfest is here, and everybody in the Los Angeles underground – even B.A. – is putting on lederhosen and cooking up bratwurst. The team, never to be outdone, decides to form an accordion-heavy oom-pah band, only to be challenged by another band made up of a mobster, a gang leader, a crooked sheriff and a pushy land developer. The team wins the day mostly with superior musicianship, although grenades are thrown into a few horn bells and that never hurts.

My Year With The A-Team: Season 3, Episode 14 – Cup A’Joe

The team avoids Decker with a side trip to Seattle only to encounter a new foe: hipsters, wired on caffeine and struggling to finish their novels at the new Starbucks franchise. They take their middle class angst out on the team – or they try to, rather; Hannibal starts up his own coffee stand and defeats them with an explosive blueberry scone.
