I haven’t done one of these in a while, but this needs to be pointed out before it gets edited out of existence. From the “realism” section of the Wikipedia article on “Backdraft”:

Furthermore, fire investigation professionals have dismissed the methods shown in the movie as unscientific, in particular the portrayal of fire as a living entity.

Wait, fires aren’t living creatures? Does this mean Arthur Brown isn’t the god of hellfire?
