If all goes according to plan today, my crew will get to be part of the big extended family Christmas Eve party for the first time since 2019. Thanks to the pandemic and then really bad winter weather we’ve had to celebrate in spirit only with our people, and sadly we’ve had to say goodbye to a few loved ones in that time too. But it was NRBQ that said “there’s magic in the air where the holiday spirit’s true,” and it’s going to be great to be part of that Christmas Eve magic again.
