We need a palate cleanser after yesterday’s bonkers song, don’t we? Maybe that’s true for a lot of reasons. With a week to go to December 25th, life can get hectic and we can get hung up on the holiday to-do list: presents to buy, decorations to put up, food prep, cards to mail, and so on. In “Jingle Bell Jamboree,” Keb’ Mo’ wisely puts all the focus on what’s really important this time of year: “it’s all right if there’s no stockings on the wall/ ‘Cause what matters most is peace on earth and goodwill to all.”
