25 More Days of Holiday Songs: “Santa Jenny 867-5309” by Tommy Tutone

It’s the shortest day of the year, so we need something to really liven this countdown up. Fortunately, the band Tommy Tutone has just the song: a mashup of their hit “867-5309/Jenny” with “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.”

Though now that I think about it, a pop song that’s sort of about an odd fixation on somebody coupled with a song that’s all about someone who watches everything you do and say to judge whether you’ve been good or not… hmm. Maybe I should rethink this.

Sure is catchy though!
