I’ve always thought my ten year old was wise beyond his years, but even I was surprised this morning while we watched a clip of L.A. Dodgers star Mookie Betts hitting a home run on Mookie Betts Bobblehead Day.
“I keep forgetting that the Dodgers are in Los Angeles now,” he said.
If you’re wondering, the Dodgers moved out of Brooklyn in the late 1950s.
That’s not only decades before he was born, that’s quite a few years before I was born.
