One of the (few) good habits I’ve gotten into lately is cleaning the kitchen counters most mornings and making a fresh container of cold brew coffee. I’m a fan of cold brew in hot weather, but you have to prep it ahead of time since it takes so long to brew. I am not good at this normally, but for now, I’m making it work.

Anyway, today as I was filling up the container my five year old walked over and asked, “is that your tomorrow coffee?” Which is the greatest description of cold brew anybody could ever think up. “Tomorrow coffee” is what it shall be called from now on.
