This morning there was an attic in that space between the chimney and the blue tarp. Not anymore – demolition has begun.
A full day of demo work means a full dumpster. This thing will probably be filled and re-filled about a bazillion times before we’re through.
Looking ahead, the new wood is on hand, so when demo is over the contractor can move right into framing. Assuming the weather doesn’t give him a hard time again, anyway.
