This morning at breakfast, we learned that tickles can now be delivered remotely. Good news if we have to keep social distancing.
So much of life now is stuff we really didn’t expect to see, but I _really_ didn’t expect the five year old to build a little house out of saltines and butter today at lunch.
Social distancing means we won’t be stopping by the neighbors in person for now, so we’re using sidewalk chalk to say hi to anyone who walks by.
“And when you’re at work,” she said, “she will listen to you.”
They're back. And they're... hiring
Four year old says he can’t go to school today.
My favorite part of Halloween is going to the resale shop so the kids can try on whatever they like.
The snow didn't cancel Halloween, it just spread it out over the course of a week.
The four year old is giving kisses to the last bite of his doughnut before he eats it. He's saying, “I will miss you in my tummy.”
This week I told my eight year old it was his half birthday. He immediately said, “I want a half cake... we could put half a smiley face on it.”
