These drywall guys know how to get things done! They’ve finished putting the drywall up for the whole second floor, the staircase and the first floor ceiling – we’re waiting on an insulation inspection for the first floor walls. There’s still prep work to be done on the installed drywall, which is fine – we still need a little more time to work on paint colors.

From the master bedroom.
The hallway, looking toward the master bedroom. That far doorway on the right, by the way, is a closet. Something we haven’t seen many of in this house before the renovations began.

Old wooden beams like these ran across the ceiling in parts of the house. Might we see this one in action again?
